E004 appears on the computer screen.
Error message
The version of machine and DesignNCut Manager doesn't match. Confirm the versions and update. (E004)
Solutions
DesignNCut Manager and/or the machine’s software must be updated.
When the machine is connected wirelessly:

Open DesignNCut Manager.

Click Application in the main window, and then click Check version.
With the mobile device version: → [Check version]

When the following screen appears, click OK to retrieve the software.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
When the machine is connected with a USB Cable:
Click here to visit the download page of the machine's software.
Click here to visit the download page of the DesignNCut Manager.
