I installed Macromedia Flash Player 8, but still I cannot use the Modern user interface of ControlCenter3.

This issue may occur if  Macromedia Flash Player 8 or later is installed using a browser other than Microsoft® Internet Explorer 5 or greater.
To use the Modern user interface of ControlCenter3, you need to install Macromedia Flash Player 8 or later using the Microsoft® Internet Explorer 5 or greater. Please access to the following web site: http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer/ using Microsoft® Internet Explorer and reinstall the Flash Player.
