I cannot print after updating the firmware or font data.

This problem may occur when either the firmware or font data is not updated.

Update both the firmware and font data to the latest versions using the Firmware Update Tool and Font Update Tool.

You can download the Firmware Update Tool and Font Update Tool from the [Downloads] section of this website.
