The printer does not start printing. Also, all LEDs on the Swipe-To-Cut panel are blinking.
Is there previously printed paper left in the Print Output Slot?
If paper remains, remove it.
When the paper is removed, the blinking on the panel will stop and printing will resume.
Be sure to remove the printed paper after it is cut.
