I cannot install the printer driver and P-touch Editor 5.x. P-touch Editor Lite is open.
Check if the mode selector switch on the back of the printer is set to the "E" mode.
If it is set to the "EL" mode, you cannot install both the printer driver and P-touch Editor.
Do the following:

Move the mode selector switch on the back of the printer to the "E" mode before connecting the USB cable.

Install the printer driver and P-touch Editor.

After the installation is finished, connect the printer to your computer.
