FAQs & Troubleshooting

The printer does not print or a print error occurs.

The error could be caused by any of the following:
 

  1. The USB cable may be loose.
    Check that the USB cable is correctly connected.
     
  2. The DK Roll may not be installed correctly.
    Remove the roll and reload it.
     
  3. There may not be enough labels left.
    Install a new label roll.
     
  4. The DK Roll compartment cover may be open.
    Close the DK Roll compartment cover correctly.
