Why does my machine display "TEXT TOO LONG!" when I press the print key?

This message appears if the length of the text is longer than the label length that has been set with the Length function.

Please follow the steps below to select a longer label length or AUTO label length:

  1. Press the Code key Image, then the A key Image.

  2. Press the left arrow key Image or the right arrow key Image until LENGTH is displayed.

  3. Press the top arrow key Image or the bottom arrow key Image to select a longer label length or AUTO label length.

    You can select "AUTO" easily by pressing the Space key Image.

  4. Press the Return key Image.
