When loading and unloading the mat, please refer to the video for instructions, and note the following important points.
Mat loading
Insert the top edge of the mat to make sure that it aligns with the guides on the left and right sides of the feed slot and is tucked under the feed rollers.

Place your left hand in the middle of the mat. Press while lightly pushing the mat forward.

Mat unloading
Wait until the machine entirely feeds out the mat.
DO NOT pull out the mat forcibly.
DO NOT obstruct feeding out the mat by your hands or body.
