"The data cannot be saved." message appearing on the LCD. What does it mean?

The USB flash drive being used may not be usable with this machine. If removing the USB flash drive and performing the operation again causes the message to appear again, replace the USB flash drive.
For information about USB flash drive compatible with this machine, refer to USB media compatibility list.

 

 

Perform the necessary operation according to the instructions or the solution described.
If the problem persists, contact the Brother customer service or the nearest authorized service center.
