The machine cannot be turned on.
Possible Causes (or Results)
The AC adapter is not correctly connected to the machine.
Solutions
Check that the AC adapter is connected to the machine and that the power cord is connected to the AC adapter and electrical outlet.

Do not wind the AC adapter cable around the adapter or bend the cable, otherwise the cable may be damaged.
