When I print a long label or many labels continuously, printing suddenly stops.

Check the following solutions:

Problem Solution
The printer is in Cooling Mode

If the printer overheats, it pauses printing to cool down.

If printing does not resume automatically:

  1. Press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds to turn the printer off.
  2. Wait a few seconds, and then turn the printer on.
  3. Try to print again.
The label exceeds the maximum length If the label is longer than 43 cm/17'':
  1. Turn the printer off and then on again.
  2. Reduce the label length.
  3. Try to print again.
The label data size is too large
  1. Turn the printer off and then on again.
  2. Do one of the following to reduce the label data size:
    - Reduce the label quality
    - Edit the label to make its layout less complex
  3. Try to print again.
