Size mismatch

The paper in the tray is not the correct size. Load the correct size of paper in the tray and set the paper size.


Follow the steps listed below to set the paper size:


  1. Press Settings(Settings).

  2. Press Tray Setting(Tray Setting). (This step might be skipped in some models.)

  3. Press Paper Size.

  4. Press the Up or Down arrow key to display the options of the paper size.

  5. Press the paper size of the paper you load in the tray.

  6. Press Home(Home).
