Document Jam
The document was not inserted or fed properly, or the document scanned from the ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) was too long.
(You can check the supported document size for the ADF in the User's Guide. The latest User's Guide is available in the Manuals section.)
To clear the document jam, follow the steps below:
- Take out any paper from the ADF that is not jammed.
- Open the ADF cover.
- Pull the jammed document out to the left.
- Close the ADF cover.
- Press Stop/Exit.
