Video guide: Connect the printer to your mobile device via Wi-Fi®
Connecting using a wireless router or access point
If your mobile device is already connected to a wireless LAN (local area network), you can easily connect your printer to your mobile device by adding the printer to that network.
This FAQ explains the Infrastructure mode connection method, which uses your wireless router or access point.
Before configuring the settings:
- Use your computer to connect your mobile device and printer using a wireless LAN connection.

For Windows users:
You are required to install the printer driver and the Printer Setting Tool on your computer in the steps described below. The installation procedure is explained in the following videos.
To install the printer driver and P-touch Editor, download them from the [Downloads] section of this website.
For Mac users:
You are required to install the Full Software Package on your computer in the steps described below. The installation procedure is explained in the following videos.
To install the Full Software Package, download it from the [Downloads] section of this website. - To print, the “iPrint&Label” mobile app is required. Download and install the app from the App Store or Google Play™.
