Wrong Paper Size

The paper size of print data does not match the size of paper in the tray. Or, you did not set the paper guides in the tray to the indicators for the paper size you are using.

Please check the following points to solve the problem:


  • Put the same size paper in the paper tray that is selected in the printer driver.

  • Check that the paper guides in the tray are set for the paper size you are loading.
