An error message "SIZE MISMATCH" occurs. What does it mean?
Please follow the steps below to clear this error:
Remove the paper tray from the printer.
Remove the paper from the paper tray.
Reposition the center paper guide, making sure to align the guide with the correct paper size.
For example:
If using letter size paper, adjust the center paper guide to the LTR (letter) mark. If using ledger size paper, adjust the center paper guide to the LDR (ledger) mark.
Load the paper into the paper tray.
If using letter size paper, make sure to place the paper in landscape orientation. Refer to the picture below.
Insert the paper tray back into the printer.
