"JAM E1/E2" error appears on the LCD. What should I do? (For users who installed the DX-3400 DUPLEX UNIT)
When the following message appears on the LCD with the Duplex Unit installed, follow the steps below to remove the jammed paper:

Open the Duplex Lower Cover.

Open the Inside Unit of the Duplex Unit.

Open the Rear Access Cover of the printer.

Open the Duplex Cover Top Assembly.

Open the Top Cover of the printer, and then set the Pressure Release Levers of the Fusing Unit to the OPEN position.

With all the covers and units open, remove the jammed paper. Access and remove the jammed paper from the Rear Access Cover.

Set the Pressure Release Levers of the Fusing Unit to the SET position, and then close the Top Cover.

Close the Duplex Cover Top Assembly.

Close the Rear Access Cover of the printer.

Close the Inside Unit and the Duplex Lower Cover of the Duplex Unit.
