Size Error DX or Size Error 2-sided

  • The paper size defined in the printer driver and the control panel menu is not available for automatic 2-sided (duplex) printing.
    Press Cancel or Cancel(Cancel). Choose a paper size which is supported by 2-sided (duplex) printing.
  • The paper in the tray is not correct size and is not available for automatic 2-sided (duplex) printing. Load the correct size of paper in the tray. The paper size you can use for automatic duplex printing is A4, Letter, Legal or Folio.

Legal and Folio size paper is not available in some regions.
