The Pattern for Paper Piercing or The Paper Piercing Menu Is Not Displayed.

If the machine’s software is not updated, the pattern and the menu for paper piercing may not be displayed.
ScanNCut DX models must be updated to software version 1.30 or higher to use this function.
Update the machine’s software to the latest version. Click here to go to the software download page.
