FAQs & Troubleshooting

After starting to monitor the machine, I cannot receive any information of the machine on the App.

Check the following points or solutions

 

1. Home network (Wireless LAN access point)

Make sure that the wireless access point/ router is connected to the internet.

 

 

2. Embroidery machine

Be sure that the embroidery machine connects to the same home network (Wireless LAN access point) as the smart device that the app is installed. If the wireless connection is disconnected, connect the machine to the access point.

3. Smart device

  • Make sure that Notification setting in the app settings is enabled. Follow the steps below to enable the Notification setting.

     

    1. Press the setting button setting button located in the upper right of the app screen. The settings screen starts up.

    2. Select Notification in the settings menu.

    3. Turn the Notification setting to ON.

    4. Select the notification items as required.

  • Reconnect the embroidery machine with the App.
