FAQs & Troubleshooting

The App shows the message "No Supported Machines Found".

Check the following points or solutions

 

1. Embroidery machine

  • Make sure that your machine is compatible with the application.
     
  • Be sure that the embroidery machine is turned on.
     
  • Make sure that the wireless connection function is enabled on the machine.
     
  • Be sure that the embroidery machine connects to the same home network as the smart device that the application is installed.
    If the embroidery machine and the smart device are connected to different home network, connect both of them to the same network.

 

2. Smart device

  • Make sure the smart device's Wifi connection is enabled.
     
  • Be sure that the application connects to the same home network as the smart device that the embroidery machine is installed.
    If the embroidery machine and the smart device are connected to different home network, connect both of them to the same network.
     
  • There may be a problem with the smart device. Quit and restart the application.

 

3. Home network (Wireless LAN access point)

  • If your wireless access point/router is using MAC address filtering, confirm the MAC address of this machine is allowed in the filter.
    For details, refer to the manual for your wireless LAN access point/router.
     
  • The wireless network security setting may not be proper.
    Check the security settings of your home network.
    For details, refer to the manual for your wireless LAN access point.
