The App shows the message "Machine cannot accept the additional image. Please proceed to embroidery screen then select OK to the message ... mobile app. Update?"
This message is displayed when previously sent image data has not yet been received by the embroidery machine.
Check the following points or solutions
Check the directions shown on the embroidery machine's screen.
Complete the process of directions on the screen to receive the previously sent data before sending the next data.
