E500 appears on the computer screen.

 

Error message

Failed to connect to DesignNCut. (E500)

 

 

  • Causes / Solutions
    - Make sure that the wireless LAN access point/router has been turned on.
    - Move the machine or computer installed with DesignNCut Manager so that no objects block the signals between them, or move them closer to the wireless LAN access point/router.
    - If the wireless LAN access point/router is filtering, check the settings.
      For details, refer to the manual for your wireless LAN access point/router.
