I cannot transfer the created/edited data to CanvasWorkspace (Web) or the machine wirelessly.
What should I do?
If you cannot transfer the data to CanvasWorkspace (Web) or your machine wirelessly, follow the steps below to solve the issue.

The machine is connected to a wireless network.
If your machine is connected to a wireless connection, is appears in the upper-left corner such as the pattern category selection screen.
If the signal icon doesn't appear, setup the wireless network on your machine. Refer to How to connect my machine to a wireless network using the Setup Wizard?
If you were able to transfer over the wireless network, but can no longer, check your machine's wireless status.

If the WLAN Status is "Connection Fail : Err-XX", check the error code, and click the link below for the error code to see the solutions. -
Confirm the registration of your machine with CanvasWorkspace (Web) is completed.
If your machine is not registered with CanvasWorkspace (Web), "ScanNCut Transfer" icon is grayout when you transfer the data to your machine from CanvasWorkspace (Web).
