FAQs & Troubleshooting

The monochrome copies I make are too light. What can I do?

Copies made using the ADF may be too light if the original document is too thick or curled. To resolve this issue, make sure documents you are copying using the ADF are not too thick and curled.

Document thickness supported for copying from the ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) is 0.08 to 0.12mm (0.003 to 0.005 in.).
