Load Non-standard Size Documents

Make sure documents with ink or correction fluid are completely dry.
  1. Fold your document in half and insert it into the Carrier Sheet (not included).
    1. Document is Face Down
    2. Carrier Sheet Header is Face Up
    Set the Paper document in the center of the Carrier Sheet and align the top of the document with the top of the Carrier Sheet.
  2. Adjust the Paper Guides (1) to fit the width of the Carrier Sheet.
  3. Place the Carrier Sheet, face down in the ADF between the Paper Guides until you feel it touch the inside of the machine.
    To reduce the white space in the center of a scanned page, position the folded edge of the original document close to the edge of the Carrier Sheet.
