Scan Unable

If you receive the error message Scan Unable on the Status Monitor, please follow the steps below to clear the error message.

  1. Turn the machine off and then on by unplugging the machine from the AC power outlet (electrical socket) and then plugging the machine in again.
    If you still receive the error message Scan Unable on the status monitor, go to STEP2.

  2. Check the LED indications.
