How do I print multiple lines and how many lines can I print?

To print multiple lines, follow the steps below.
 

  1. Enter the text you want to print for the first line.
  2. Press the [Enter] key ( Enter key ) to make new line.

  3. Enter the text for the next line.
  4. Press the [Feed/Print] key ( Feed/Print key ), then [Set 1-9?1] is appears on the LCD. Press the [Cursor] key ( Cursor key ) to select your desired number of copies (1-9).
  5. Press the [OK] key ( OK key ).

 

The maximum number of text lines that can be printed depends on the width of tape installed.
Refer to the following table:

Tape width Maximum number of lines that can be printed
0.13" (3.5 mm) 1
0.23" (6 mm) 1
0.35" (9 mm) 2
0.47" (12 mm) 2
0.70" (18 mm) 2

If you exceed the maximum number of lines, an error message [Line Limit!] will appear on the LCD. Press any key to clear the error message, and reduce a line or install a wider tape.
