How do I clear the display?

To clear the display,

 

  1. Hold down the Shift key and press the "BS" key.
    The text and format (design of the label) are cleared.

    or
  1. PressFn Key and press Cursor key until "AllClear" is displayed.
  2. Press Return Key.  "Clear?" appears on the LCD display.
  3. PressReturn Key. The text and format (design of the label) are cleared.
