When using Web Connect I receive an error message: Connection Error 01 -Unexpected Error Occurred. Start Over Again.
This error typically occurs if you have enabled the Proxy Settings but your network does not require it for connection. To resolve this error, disable the Proxy Settings.
This error can also occur if the Proxy Settings are required, but entered incorrectly. Please verify your Proxy Settings.
Follow the steps below to solve the problem:

Press Proxy Settings . Press Proxy Connection . Press Off . Press Home ) If the problem still continues, contact Brother Customer Service from "Contact Us".
