How do I cancel a Broadcast fax in progress?
To cancel a Broadcast in progress, please follow these steps:
- Press MENU and select Fax => Remaining Jobs.
Your Brother machine's LCD will show the Broadcast job number followed by the fax number or name being dialed.For example: #001 0123456789.
- Press the OK key.
Your Brother machine's LCD will display the Broadcast job number, the fax number or name being dialed, and the message 1. Clear 2. Exit.
- Press 1 to cancel sending to the fax number currently being dialed.
Your Brother machine's LCD will display the Broadcast job number and the message 1. Clear 2. Exit.
- Press 1 to cancel the entire Broadcast.
- Press the STOP/EXIT key.
