The error message Storage Full indicates that there is no space in the memory. Follow the solution suitable for your case.

Cause 1: The machine's storage data is full

Press Cancel or Go to return to Ready mode. Please follow the steps below to delete the previously stored storage print data.

1. Press Storage.
   
   
   If you set card authentication to On, a list of the public print jobs will be displayed. Go to STEP 3.
2. Press the Up or Down arrow key to choose Public or user name. Press OK.
3. Press the Up or Down arrow key to choose the job. Press OK.
4. (Only when you chose personal secured date)
   Enter your password. Press OK.
5. Press the Up or Down arrow key to choose Delete. Press OK.
6. Press the Up or Down arrow key to choose Yes. Press OK.
   The machine's display will show Deleted, and then the machine will return to Ready mode.

Cause 2: The machine's memory is being used by unnecessary macros or fonts

Press Cancel or Go to return to Ready mode. Please follow the steps below to delete unnecessary macros or fonts.

1. Press Menu.
2. Press the Up or Down arrow key to choose Macro/Font. Press OK.
3. Press the Up or Down arrow key to choose Delete Macro or Delete Font. Press OK.
4. Press the Up or Down arrow key to choose the macro or font. Press OK.
   The machine's display will show Accepted, and then the machine will return to Ready mode.
