Copy on Both Sides of the Paper (2-sided to 2-sided/ 2-sided to 1-sided)

We recommend you use ADF (automatic document feeder) for 2-sided copying of 1 sided documents.
Follow the steps below to use the 2-sided(duplex) copy feature:

 

  • You can copy 2-sided documents up to Letter A4 size using the ADF.
        
  • You can only use plain paper sizes A4, A5, Letter or Executive (for some countries).
 
  1. Load your document.
        
  2. Press Copy(Copy).
      
  3. Enter the number of copies:

     

    • Press - or + on the Touchscreen.
    • Press the number of copies to display the keyboard on the Touchscreen,and then enter the number of copies using the Touchscreen. Press OK.

     

  4. Press Options > Stack/Sort > Sort.
      
  5. Press the Up or Down arrow key to display the 2-sided Copy option, and then press it.
       
  6. Press the  option you want.
              
  7. Review your settings on the Touchscreen, and then press OK.
         
  8. Press Black (Mono) Start or Color (Colour) Start. The machine scans the pages and starts printing.
