FAQs & Troubleshooting

I heard a beep sound from the UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) when I turned on my Brother machine.

If your Brother machine is connected to a UPS, the UPS will make a beep sound when you turn on the Brother machine.

Please plug your Brother machine directly into an AC power outlet (electrical socket), not into a UPS.
