Duplex scanning cannot be performed.
Follow the steps below to improve the duplex scanning.

The duplex scanning settings are not configured in DSmobileCaputure.
Launch DSmobileCaputure, click the Image tab, and then choose the Duplex check box.

(SD mode models only)
The scan mode of the scanner is set to 1 side (in SD mode).
Press the scanner's 2 side / 1 side button so that 2 appears on the LCD.
