I cannot find the Brother machine on my wireless network connection. (iPrint&Label)

Please verify the following:

  • Is your Brother iPrint&Label application the newest?
  • Is the machine you are trying to print to a supported model?
  • Is the machine turned on?
  • Is your device connected to the correct wireless network?
  • Is the correct IP address entered into your device? Verify both the IP address of your device and the Brother machine are correct and located in the same network.
