FAQs & Troubleshooting

Enable the Brother machine's network interface.

Follow the steps below to enable the Brother machine's network interface.

A wired and a wireless network connection cannot be used at the same time. Select the network connection type you want to use.

  1. Press Menu or Menu/Set.
     
  2. Press the Up or Down arrow key to select the following:
     
    1. Select LAN. Press OK or Set or Menu/Set.
       
    2. Select Network I/F. Press OK or Set or Menu/Set.
       
    3. Select Wired LAN or WLAN. Press OK or Set or Menu/Set.
  3. If you change the current setting, Press the UP or Down allow key to select 1. Yes to reboot the machine.
