When printing from an application, the application's "Collate" setting does not work correctly.

The printer driver's "Collate" setting may be overriding the settings in your application.
 

To resolve this issue, do the following:

  1. Open the Devices and Printers window.
    See the FAQ  “How to open the Devices and Printers window.
  2. Right-click the printer icon and open the Printing Preferences.
  3. Make sure that the "Collate" check box is not selected.

Your application's "Collate" setting should now work correctly.
