When I click on Printer Settings I get an error message: "A compatible printer cannot be found". How do I correct this problem? (iPrint&Label)

Please verify the following:

  • Is the machine turned on?
  • Is the DK roll or tape cassette set correctly in the machine?
  • Is your device connected to the correct wireless network? (For wireless network models only)
