The message "Movie cannot be played" appears when I try to read a QR code created using the Share Label function. (P-touch Design&Print / Design&Print 2)
Your browser may not support movie playback.
To open QR codes we recommend using:
- Safari (iOS)
- Google Chrome™ (Android™)
* If your QR code reader application does not let you choose a browser to play the movie, try another application.
* To play movies using a different browser:
Reinstall your QR code reader application.
Reset the browser setting.
Select the browser you want in your application's settings.
