Print the WLAN report

You can check your machine's wireless status by printing the WLAN report. If the wireless connection failed, check the error code on the printed WLAN report.

 

Follow the steps below to print the WLAN report.
            

  1. Make sure that the power cord is plugged in and the top cover is closed.
            
  2. Press Power On/Off(Power On/Off) to turn on the machine and make sure only the Ready LED (Ready) lights up.
               
  3. Press Power On/Off(Power On/Off) five times.
    The machine will print the WLAN Report.

If your WLAN Report is stating Connection OK, although you can not print, refer to "Check the wireless status on the WLAN report" and check Connection: OK.

If the WLAN Report does not print, check your machine for errors. If there are no visible errors, wait for one minute and then start from the first step to try printing the report again.
