to select the following: - Select [General Setup]. Press OK.
- Select [Volume]. Press OK.
- Press or to select one of the following options: OptionDescriptionRingAdjust the ring volume.BeepAdjust the volume when you press a button, make a mistake, or after you send or receive a fax.SpeakerAdjust the speaker volume.
- Press OK.
- Press or to select the [Off], [Low], [Med], or [High] option. Press OK.
- Press Stop/Exit.
