FAQs & Troubleshooting

I'm using Windows Vista and trying to use a network connected Brother machine. However, I cannot see the machine in the Network Explorer. What should I do?

It is not possible to discover a machine located on a different network. Please confirm the machine location and the network environment .

Also, it's possible that the IP address allocated to the machine was changed.
In this case, restarting your PC resolves the issue.

Network Explorer is the place in Windows Vista to discover and use all network resources, including network devices and computers in the local area network (LAN).
