Can I print a report that will show all of my Speed Dial and Group numbers?

You can print a list of all the Speed Dial numbers that are currently stored on your Brother machine. The Quick-Dial report lists the names and numbers stored in the Speed-dial memory, in alphabetical or numerical order.


To print the Quick-Dial list follow the steps listed below:


  1. Press Menu.
  2. Press the up or down arrow key to select Print Reports.
  3. Press OK.
  4. Press the up or down arrow key to select Quick-Dial.
  5. Press OK.
  6. - If the LCD prompts you to select one of the options: Alphabetical Order or Numerical Order, go to STEP 7.

    - If not, the report lists the names and numbers stored in the Speed-dial memory, in numerical order. Go to STEP 8.

  7. Press the up or down arrow key to select Alphabetical Order or Numerical Order. Press OK.
  8. Press Black Start or Mono Start.
