The error message "Print Unable 72" appears on the LCD. What should I do?
The machine may not work properly because of the condensation inside of the machine caused by a temperature differential between the inside and the outside of the machine.
To clear the error message please follow the steps below:
- Keep the machine's power on and open the front cover.
- Leave the front cover open for 30 minutes.
- Close the front cover.
- Turn off the machine's power switch and turn it on again.
To avoid the condensation DO NOT place the machine in a location with severe temperature changes or a humid place (Ex. near a humidifier).
Use the machine only within the following ranges of temperature and humidity:
- Ambient temperature: 20°C to 32.5°C (50°F to 90.5°F)
- Ambient humidity: 20% to 80% (without condensation)
If the message "Print Unable72" continues to appear on the LCD the machine may have a mechanical problem. Please contact "Brother Customer Service".
