The message "Wrong Paper Size" indicates the paper you have loaded does not match your Brother machine's current Paper Size setting. To resolve this issue follow the instructions listed below:

• Change your Brother machine's Paper Size setting to match the paper you want to use.
• Load paper that matches your Brother machine's current Paper Size setting.

After you adjust your Brother machine's Paper Size setting or change the size of the paper loaded in your Brother machine, press the START key to clear the "Wrong Paper Size" error.

CHANGING THE PAPER SIZE SETTING

You can use three sizes of paper for printing faxes and copies: Letter, Legal, and A4. When you change the size of the paper you load into your Brother machine, you must also change the machine's Paper Size setting. To adjust the Paper Size setting, please follow these steps:

1. Press MENU => General Setup => Paper Size.
2. Press the UP OR DOWN ARROW key to select the appropriate paper size.
   (You can select Letter, Legal, or A4.)
3. Press OK.
