Why does my computer become unresponsive when using the USB interface to connect the Brother machine?
When the Brother machine is connected using the USB interface and the computer is not used or idle for a period of time the computer may become unresponsive. This is caused by the "Power Management" feature of your computer. To correct this issue, please set Power Management to OFF in your system BIOS setting.
To change the BIOS setting, please refer to the user's guide or contact the manufacturer of your computer.
