When printing using the optional roll printer case (PA-RC-001), gaps between lines may decrease or blurred characters may be printed.
These issues can occur under the following conditions:
When using the optional roll printer case (PA-RC-001).
When the Density Adjustment setting in the printer driver is set to 10 (maximum), or the Print Density setting in the Printer Setting Tool is set to 10 (maximum).
When the printer becomes too hot after continuous printing.
To resolve the issue, update the firmware to the latest version.
Download and install the firmware from the [Downloads] section of this website.
