This printer is not detected when establishing a Bluetooth® connection.

Check the followings:


  1. Check that the Bluetooth (Bluetooth) indicator is lit in blue.
    If the Bluetooth (Bluetooth) indicator is flashing or turned off, the Bluetooth connection is not established.  To establish a Bluetooth connection, refer to Connecting using Bluetooth.

  2. Check the Bluetooth settings.
    Specify the Bluetooth settings correctly in the Printer Setting Tool.  For more information, see "Using the Printer Setting Tool".
  3. Check if the printer is connected to any other device?
    Turn off Bluetooth on the device which is connected to the printer, or turn the printer's power off and turn it on again.
