The paper is misfeeding or multiple pages are going through.
Please make sure the following points:
- You are not mixing paper types in the paper cassette.
- Paper that meets the specifications is loaded.
- Paper stack was fanned before loading.
- The stack of paper is not too high.
- The side guide is not set too tight.
